Life Choices for Youth and Their Five Worlds
In order to help the youth within our communities to succeed you as parents, guardians and/or legal responsible person have to attempt to view them from several perspectives. Youth interact with five very important worlds to them on a day-to-day basis. Many youth do not even recognize that they are influenced by these five worlds and the power of influence that is placed upon them. The worlds are Home (parents, siblings and the lessons taught in the home, Community/Social (friends' influence, peer pressure, where you live and the people in the community, Interpersonal (Who Am I) their conscience thought, dreams, goals, Society (classmates, best friends, politics, value systems, morality, life and death).
Obesity and Nutrition Awareness
Childhood obesity is becoming an epidemic that is threatening the health of children ages 2 through the young adult age 20. This is due to their poor Life Choices of unhealthy diets, increase levels of social, family and peer stressors and their failure to participate in more physical activity.
The power of choice to being a healthy young person, is to understand that having habits that encourages negative behavior can be fatal. Youth too are challenged to face; their self identity, insecurities, low self esteem, fear and grief, which does affect the choices they make. A life choice decision to getting involved in some physical wellness activity, to choosing less unhealthy fast foods to choosing (healthy fast foods), empowers the youth to stop the cycle of this epidemic of obesity. J Peter TWO encourages group sessions on nutrition and physical wellness for the most vulnerable and most important citizens within our communities.
Through intervention and prevention awareness to empowering the youth and their families who have this eating disorders of over-eating which causes obesity. J Peter TWO provides stress release activities and prevention information through Nutrition and Physical activity Community Fairs within the most at risk communities . This is accomplished by getting them moving towards making more positive life choices that can be life-long as a healthy person mentally, physically and spiritual wellness.

Violence & Bulling
According to the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention listed a national survey result noting that "Children Exposure to Violence" said that 13.2 percent of America's child and adolescents report having been physically bulled within the pre and post school year and that one in five reported have been physically bullied during their lifetimes. The risk of bullying peaks during middle of childhood, and understanding their worlds is very important. When considering the level of challenges in making the right choices as a youth and survive within their developmental years without the lost of their hope and dreams and/or their life.
With the increasing level of Exposure to Violence and not always getting the positive support needed, a youth will either be a victim or be the victimizer to another youth. This service is to provide guidance, support, encouragement and re-directing in assisting the youth to the young adult in understanding that a positive choice brings rewards and that negative choices destroys not only themselves but the other persons in their lives, e.g., parents, siblings, friends and even their own children.
When considering more than sixty percent of the youths will be exposed to violence within their lifetime. This exposure could be directly or indirectly by witnessing a violent act; learning of a violent act against a family member, neighbor, or close friend; or experiencing a threat

against their home and school. To be more specific of the types of violence with youth are being and/can be exposed to include assault with a weapon and/or injury, sexual victimization, child maltreatment and even dating violence.
J Peter TWO will provide this service in a street community intervention approach on a one-on-one basis by staffers who specialized in street and non-traditional living environments of at risk youth to young adult. This service will also be coordinated in a prevention group setting to a age specific group as requested from other stakeholders e.g., schools, churches, community clubs, and/or civic groups.
